The Uniform Shirt Outer Carrier Laser Molle (USOCLM) is an external carrier designed to blend in with a formal uniform. It features a front zipper and side-opening design and is made of durable Nylon for longevity. The carrier incorporates a spacer mesh liner for cooling and comfort. It has two functional dress shirt chest pockets with hook and loop closures, formal shoulder epaulets that double as mic tabs, and easy, secure body-side panel access. The panel suspension system prevents sagging and curling, ensuring proper alignment. Adjustable hidden shoulder straps and back-over-front elastic side straps improve comfort and mobility. The vest includes an ID badge loop, name ID loop, internal chest pockets, dual side straps for adjustment, an internal removable belly band, a hidden zippered pocket, and an internal plate pocket.
