30-Day Return or Replacement Policy

Custom Armor Group offers a 30-day return or replacement policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or replace the item within this period. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note some exceptions to this policy below.

10-Day Fit Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product, you may obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Returns Portal link found at the bottom of our home page. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us at their expense in the original packaging via UPS only. We are not responsible for items sent through other shipping methods. The RMA will provide the return mailing address. Do not ship items to the corporate address on our website as they will be returned to the sender.

24 Hour Refund Policy & Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and it has not been processed for shipment, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method. If the order has been processed for shipment, we will work with you to return the items under our standard return policy conditions for a refund.

Cancellations After 24 Hours & Prior to Shipment

We manufacture and sell specialized products with a focus on quality, not speed. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, please email sales@customarmorgroup.com and we will cancel your order. A gift card will be issued and sent to your email.

Defects / Errors on Our Side

In the event of a product defect or error during the fulfillment process, the customer must submit a photo and claim via our Returns Portal within 10 days of receiving the item. If approved, we will provide a shipping label and either replace the item or issue a store credit of equal value.

No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Products

There are no refunds or exchanges available for build-to-order or custom products. All custom sizing and configurations are final, and no returns are accepted.

Processing Time for Refunds

Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive the returned item to process a refund.

Postage for Returns

Postage will be provided for returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping on our part. However, postage will not be provided for returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems.

Restocking Fee

For certain returns, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. This fee will only be applied when a return is due to reasons other than defective merchandise or an error in shipping on our part.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift purchased by another party, please contact that party to follow this return policy. If you received an item from Custom Armor Group as a gift, please note that we cannot accommodate direct returns or exchanges for these items.

International Returns

For international returns (outside the United States), if Custom Armor Group is at fault for the return due to a defector damaged item, please contact our customer service at sales@customarmorgroup.com for more information and assistance with international returns. If the return is not due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return.

Return Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misuse of our return policy, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are not purchased from us, or items that are damaged or altered in any way.
